Fusilli with mushrooms and cherry tomatoes

Peel the onion and finely chop.

Mushrooms are cleaned, washed and sliced.

Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half.

Put the onion in oil in a saucepan.

Cook for 3-4 minutes, then add the mushrooms and cook for another 10 minutes.

Add veggie, pepper, paprika, and basil.

Put a cup of water and add the tomatoes and tomato paste.

Boil for 15-20 minutes until the sauce thickens as much as we want.

Add the sugar and match the taste.

Boil the pasta in salted water for 10 minutes, pass it under a stream of cold water and drain.

Put the drained pasta in a larger bowl and pour the mushrooms over them and mix well.

Repeat the mixture for 1-2 minutes until the pasta absorbs the juice.

They are served hot but are good and cold.

When serving, you can sprinkle with cheese or finely chopped basil.
