1 cup spaghetti sauce
4 slices of mozzarella cheese

How to prepare. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. After removing the fat, cut the chicken in half, horizontally (you will have four pieces of chicken breast at the end). Place the piece of meat between two pieces of cling film and beat slowly until the meat reaches about 38 mm thick. In a medium bowl, mix the egg with the milk. Place the breadcrumbs on a larger plate. First soak the chicken breast in the egg mixture with milk until it is perfectly covered (let the excess flow), then pass the piece of meat through the breadcrumbs (press slowly on each side).

Once all the chicken breast pieces are given through the egg mixture with milk and breadcrumbs, heat the olive oil (in a non-stick pan) to a medium temperature and fry the pieces of meat on both sides (about two minutes on each side). Then place the pieces of fried meat in a medium-sized bowl and cover with spaghetti sauce and mozzarella. Cover the bowl with foil. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, remove the foil and add the Parmesan cheese. Then bake (uncovered) for another 3-5 minutes until the cheese bubbles. Serve with garlic bread and Caesar salad.
